Annual 12 month membership includes free admission to the CHM (for you and your family/employees depending upon membership level); 10% off most items in our Museum Store plus discounts at select local businesses when you show your membership card; and invitations and discounts for special museum programs and events.
All membership levels at $100 and above receive an additional new benefit - membership in the North American Reciprocal Museums* program with free or reduced admission to over 880 museums across the U.S. when you show your current membership card!

Behind the scenes at the museum is a beehive of activity. Volunteers energize every aspect of operations, in many different capacities.
Volunteers may opt for short-term, limited-duration assignments, or long-term, regular weekly schedules.

Your donations will help us improve our exhibits, public programming, and keep our doors open. Coos County Historical Society is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Donations to CCHS are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law, and are eligible for tax credits in accordance with the Oregon Cultural Trust Program.
